Refund Policy

At HARSITA Organization, we deeply value every contribution we receive. Your donations directly support our programs and help us serve communities through education, health, women empowerment, and social welfare initiatives.

However, as a registered non-profit organization, we follow a transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

1. Donations

All donations made to HARSITA Organization are voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of the payment method used.

Donors are encouraged to double-check donation details before submitting (amount, purpose, recurring vs. one-time, etc.).

2. Double Payment / Transaction Error

In case of accidental double payment or any technical error leading to extra charges, the donor may request a refund.

Such requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction, along with valid proof (transaction ID, bank statement, or screenshot).

After verification, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days through the same mode of payment.

3. Event / Program Registration Fees

If you register for any training, workshop, or awareness program conducted by HARSITA:

Cancellations by participant: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, participants may request a transfer of registration to another event (if available).

Cancellations by HARSITA: In rare cases where an event is canceled by the organization, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer the fee to another upcoming event.

4. Tax Exemption Certificates (80G, if applicable)

Once a donation is made and receipt issued, we cannot alter donor details for tax exemption purposes.

Donors are requested to provide accurate PAN, name, and address at the time of donation.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to donations, refunds, or payments will be handled directly by HARSITA Organization.

Jurisdiction for disputes will be Hassan, Karnataka, India.
