Guidance is provided on accessing first aid and nearby healthcare services (through ASHA workers, Anganwadi staff, ANMs) for common health issues like TB, cancer, HIV, malaria, fever, and respiratory illnesses.
Education is a fundamental tool for uplifting rural communities. By improving literacy and promoting higher education (8th, 10th, PUC, Degree), positive changes in lifestyle, living standards, and overall community development can be achieved.
Emphasizing the importance of balanced and nutritious diets tailored to different groups—children, adolescents, nursing mothers, the elderly, and hard-working individuals. For instance, laborers require over 2800 calories daily, while others need around 2200. Clean, fresh, and nutritious food contributes significantly to maintaining health and energy.
Creating awareness about various welfare schemes and facilities offered by different government departments. Supporting rural communities in accessing benefits through Gram Panchayat (GP) visits, information sessions, and guidance to avail entitlements.
Raising awareness and working to eliminate harmful practices such as child marriage, human trafficking, child labor, bonded labor, drug and tobacco addiction, neglect of divorced women, exploitation of differently-abled individuals, and issues caused by migration.
